Student plan for returning subscribers — is there a discount?

I'm a postgraduate student and have subscribed to Creative Cloud in the past. Currently, the only visible student offer is the promotional R$27.50/month plan, which is explicitly for first-time subscribers. Is there any student plan available for returning subscribers? I can't find this option on the website, and the chat support ended the conversation twice without providing an answer.
