Student Plan Price Adjustment Request

Hello,

I’m currently subscribed to the Adobe Creative Cloud Student Plan. However, I recently noticed that my monthly fee has increased. At the same time, I’ve learned that some students are being charged a lower price (around 477 TL) for the same plan.

Since I am also a verified student, I would like to request clarification about the current student pricing and whether my plan can be adjusted to the updated student rate.

I am not including my personal information here for privacy reasons, but I can provide anything needed privately if an Adobe representative responds.

I would appreciate guidance from the Adobe team on how to proceed, or who I should contact to resolve this pricing issue.

I’m deeply sorry for your loss. Please accept my heartfelt condolences on your father’s passing.
Regarding the amount you’re seeing: student pricing can vary by country/region, currency changes, plan updates, and renewal timing. Also, the invoice total reflects the price including applicable taxes, which can make it appear higher than the base plan price.

Thank you for your response and for your kind condolences, I really appreciate it.

I will be sharing screenshots of the two payments I made for your review.
Just to clarify, the amount I paid is not 477 TL, but 597 TL.

Yes, that’s correct. However, the discount has ended, so the price no longer appears as 477 TL. I was unable to follow up on this for a while due to my father’s passing. I wish I could have benefited from the discount, as 597 TL feels quite high to me.
