Student status

My payment is not going through and adobe is asking me to verify my student status. I used to be on a student plan but for the last few months I've being paying the regular price. When I click on verify there is no option to say I am no longer a student. Does anyone know of a solution to this? Also how do I contact Adobe directly? Do they not have customer support?

you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

 

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
