Student/Teacher plan changed to full price even though teacher status is still valid

Hello,

My Creative Cloud plan was previously billed at the student/teacher discounted price of about €29 per month, but it recently changed to the regular plan price of €65.54 per month.

I am a teacher and still actively working in education. This account is registered under my name. I have now submitted the required verification again through SheerID, including proof of my employment at the school.

My next billing date is March 28, 2026, so I want to make sure the education discount (~€29/month) will continue once my status is confirmed.

Could you please confirm whether the student/teacher pricing will automatically be restored after the verification is approved, or if I need to manually change the plan?
