Dear Customer Support/Adobe Team,

I have been paying a specific amount for my subscription each year, and unfortunately, I am unable to pay the renewal fee of $283.06 this year. Please proceed with canceling my subscription.

you must cancel yourself.  if you pay monthly and the 12th payment's been received (and it's prior to the renewal date), there's no early cancellation fee.
