Subscribed and cancelled free subscription 10 October, billed 3 times 18 and 19 Oct, stop billing
Please stop billing me. You sent me confirmation of the cancellation of this subscription and indicated that I wouldn't be charged, refer to the email you sent to <email removed-kglad>, 10 October 2024, 12:27pm SAST, yet you charged me. I have incurred bank service charges due to your continuous attempts to bill me for something I cancelled on the same day as the sign up! I have not used your service. Please stop billing me.
