Subscribed for adobe student plan , payment paid but no plan activated

i purchased adobe creative cloud pro student today.  it asked me to fill form and it only asked me my name , college name , field of study and graduation date. it didnt asked any further question it didnt asked me to upload id card just after clicking next it told me to pay . 

i payed and money is deducted but in my account no plans and order is shown . neither i received any gmail confirmation . plz help , my account used -
