Question

Subscribers who went through Digital River Penalised?

I have had the Photography plan 20GB since its inception, current plan 1 year pre-paid @ 1,617,600 IDR

The ecommerce seller is "Digital River"

It seems from Adobe emails I have to now use Adobe to buy a plan but the only plan avaiable is a 1TB Photo plan at 3,952,004 IDR a 244% increase

I do not need 1TB nor am I going to pay a 244% increase.

How do I renew my existing plan at the origianl price? can't seem to find this online & Adobe CS chat only refers to plans on the website. Surely Adobe will honour their existing customers rather than force them into a blatent price hike for no fault of the customer except they used "Digital River"

Thanks

Nothing to do with Digital River. Digital River has closed.

Adobe has increased the Photography Plan prices globally.

@John Waller
I never said it was to do with "Digital River"  just that those customers are penalised by, in my case, a 244% increase.

The Price for EXISTING Photoplan 20GB remained the SAME for customers on the annual plan.

I suggest you actually read the links you sent:!

Extract!!  from Matt K

Let’s look at a few different scenarios:

Person A: Subscribed to the $9.99 Photography Plan ......

Good news! Nothing changes for you. Your price doesn’t go up. You get the same apps and benefits and you’ll continue to pay $120 annually (which works out to $9.99 a month). See, I told you it wasn’t that bad.

So you are wrong about price rise in my case.
