Hello,
I tried to cancel my subscription earlier, but there was an error and the cancellation didn’t go through. The payment hasn’t been made yet, but I don’t have enough funds on this account to cover it, and I won’t be able to pay. I kindly ask for your help in canceling the subscription before the charge goes through. This is very important to me, and I would really appreciate your support in resolving this situation.
