Hi I tried the free version last month and cancelled the subscription a few days later. I received an email saying that sorry to see you go. There has been an unsuccessful attempt to charge my card. Please cancel immediately.

    Hi @Bill Sibonis,

I confirm that there are no active subscriptions associated with your Adobe account. Both of the subscriptions(Adobe Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant for Acrobat) have been successfully cancelled.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

What does the following link show Plans

If it does not show a subscription, then the cancellation you did went through just fine. Attempt to charge could be anything from issues at Adobe or your payment method getting compromised. You should contact Adobe support for this for proper resolution
