  • I cancelled my subscription in the same day I signed up and you guys said I wouldn't be charged. Now I'm still getting charged even when I don't have the money you guys take what ever is in my account and make up a new amount. Stop charging me I cancelled my subscription already and am not paying for it to be cancelled again. Just stop!

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Please note that only the AI Assistant plan has been cancelled. Your Acrobat Pro plan is still active, which is why you are continuing to see charges.
