Hi, I have a problem. 
I bought a subscription for a 1 year and while I was using app it's was stopped and blocked. 
Now I paid for a next month but in my account I don't have this subscription and all possiblety to work with documents. 
Help me to figure out.

    Hi there, 

     

    I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums. There is no active subscription under this ID. In order to edit documents you will have to purchase again the Acrobat DC subscription.
