I bought a Lr subscription thru apple App Store but inside the Lr app it says I do not have a subscription. What am I doing wrong?

Checking your account here against Lightroom's account system, I see you have more than one Lightroom account, and each has an expired subscription.  If your iTunes subscription details in iOS Settings confirms you have an active Lightroom subscription, I would advise you to try the Restore Purchase function in Lightroom's app settings.  If Restore Purchase fails for the account you are currently signed into, I wonder if it might work for your alternate account.

check your itunes (on a mac or oc).

If you purchased from Apple then you would probably need to contact them to troubleshoot this. Login/Logout might help so try that as well
