I never purchased anything from adobe or i not using any of adobe app but still i charged 2 times. moreover i not getting any payment receipt. i try to login with my emails and it shows no subscription purchased than why I'm charging every month. can someone help me.

yeh i not purchased any subscription under this account and any other account but i still charged like if i purchased with my any other email atleast i got receipt but i not got any payment receipt. i want to cancel it without purchasing one more subscription please help me
