Marlene, I see you just started a new subscription in addition to your other canceled memberships. Please see https://adobe.ly/4hp9fEu for steps you can take to cancel your recently activated subscription. For more information on any fees or charges that could be applied, see https://adobe.ly/3Fvntq7. ^JW

You need to ask program questions in the forum for the program you are using
To ask in the forum for your program please start at https://community.adobe.com/
Moving from Using the Community (which is about the forums) to the Account forum

You have 14 days in which to cancel without penalty & receive a refund. After 14 days, there's no refund. And an early termination fee may apply.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)
