Hello,

I have a problem. Every month, €36.29 is deducted from my account for an ADOBE service. I have no idea what it is for, and more importantly, I don't know which account it's coming from...

I checked all my accounts, but there is no active subscription anywhere. There is probably an account where it is activated, but I don't remember it.

Is it possible to contact Adobe directly by email? I used the bot, but it's useless...

Thanks for a tip but I checked all the plans and nothing is turned on anywhere...

if that link shows no adobe charges to your credit card, contact your card provider and report fraud.
