Subscription active but no premium access
- My account is active but I can’t access premium features for the past 4 months. Money was being deducted every month.
PART I: Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + all other apps you intend to use. Check each one.

PART II: Confirm your account is active and payment details are current.

PART III: Ensure you are logged-in to a PAID plan and not a FREE plan.
1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
