Subscription cancelation refund

Since there seems to be no easy way to contact support about to get a refund, I'm posting here. I've had my Adobe account for a while but I don't use it at all anymore, I got charged today and canceled immediately and am interested in a refund. There's not support forum and no support email, how do I get a hold of Adobe support for this??

when did your trial/subscription start?

 

when did you cancel?

 

and check your account https://account.adobe.com to make sure it's cancelled.

Hi @BEB67891,

Adobe offers full refund if the cancellation is done within first 14 days of subscribing. I reviewed your account info and found that you have an active plan to Creative Cloud since 2 years and 4 months. I'm sorry but your account is not eligible for refund.
