Subscription cancellation and refund

Hi,

I subscribed to the Creative Cloud Photography Plan since last year, and I cancelled my plan in March this year. However, I found out it wasn't cancelled and have been charged subscription fee every month. And there was a subscription fee increase in August from $23.23 AUD to $30.99 AUD, but I wasn't notified at all. I cancelled the plan again today and had to pay over $60 AUD for the cancellation. It would be appreciated if I could get refund on monthly payments from April and the cancellation fee. Thank you.

renewal emails are sent about 1 month prior to subscription renewal.  that may end up in your spam folder. you must cancel prior to the renewal in order to not be subjected to a cancellation charge.
