Subscription Cancellation but Unable to Access Account

I want to cancel my subscription but I cannot finish the action due to I have forgotten my password (I am asked to input PW amid cancellation), and I no longer have access to the email address associated with the account.

 

And I also cannt change my email due to I for get the PW. I cannot recieve anything.

 

Does anyone know how to deal with this stuff or any assistant can help?

Ck, I do show a new subscription under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. I am confused, Ck, as you logged in with your password to post to this public discussion forum. If you need to request a password reset, then see https://adobe.ly/4o53gJ4. You may need to work with your school to regain access to your email account managed by them, Ck. Let them know that you started a new subscription commitment two days before they ended access to your email account.

 

Finally, once you are logged in, you can use the steps listed at https://adobe.ly/4o092eD to cancel your new subscription commitment, Ck. ^JW

I appreciate your reply,

Last logged in I chose keep login, so now I can still use on my software and browserpage.

However, when I want to cancel the subscription, I require my password.
And my school ended my email
