Subscription Cancellation Failed

Hi everyone,

 

I've tried to cancel my month-to-month Creative Cloud subscription several times now. Whenever I was about to finish the procedure described in the Help Center (https://helpx.adobe.com/de/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html) an error message occured. It told me that an unexpected error had occured and that I should try again later. I've logged out and back in and now the button with which I should be able to manage my subscription has disappeared (see screenshot).

I've not received an e mail or anything so I don't know if my subscrition is still active or not.

Has anyone here faced a similar issue or can tell me how to resolve it?
