Subscription Cancellation Ignored
Dear all,
I had a trial adobe pro subscription valid until 7/8 and cancelled it in a timely manner on 7/7.
Unfortunately, afterwards, Adobe still collected the money from my bank account on 7/9. Hence, I sent the cancellation confirmation to my bank which contacted Adobe. They confirmed that they'll refund the money as soon as possible.
However, now, one month later in August, they tried again to collect the fees for the Adobe Pro subscription.
I've now been searching for an additional way to cancel my subscription or to get in touch with someone from Adobe for days - my bank has been in contact but didn't achieve anything. Does anyone of you know who I can contact to clarify this issue?
