subscription cancelled
I cancelled my adobe subscription last year in late September of 2025, I was told that I the service will end on 29-September-2026, And now it telling me I need to buy a subscription on both web version and app version. I’ve also been using it since, the last time I has able to use it was about 2 weeks ago. I tried talking to the chat bot, but it told me the only thing I can do is start a new subscription. The was extremely unhelpful in finding answers, I was hoping to would give this escalating problem to someone higher up or give me a number I could call but I couldnt find one either. If anyone has any ideas that would help, that would be most welcomed!
