Subscription cancelled but money incorrectly debited
In December, I decided to trial your subscription. In doing so, I accidentally created two accounts [ Personal Info removed by Moderator ] but I then cancelled both within less than a week.
However, you did not process the cancellation for either account, and I see that I have now been charged 2 subscription fees for two months!
Kindly terminate these incorrectly continuing subscriptions immediately, and refund me the money that has been incorrectly charged to my account.
