Subscription Changing error

Hi, I have a question regarding changing my Adobe subcription. I am no longer able to pay the subcription, for which the free trial has ended today. I already paid for the month of October (23,79 eur). According to the options available on the website, I tried to change my subcription with a cheaper one (11,39 eur) starting today, but it doesn't work. I need help with this issue, please.

you first need to cancel your trial before you start incurring charges.  ie, you need to do that today.

if that fails, you need to contact adobe support today. the chat option ( per @J E L ) is your best bet to do that.

Good point, @kglad. If you know (and for others wondering the same), is it possible to cancel a trial without speaking or chatting with Adobe support if you have already paid for a monthly subscription? @Izabela25342045ltaa indicates they have paid for October. As you said, it must be done today since it's the first of the month, but I wonder if it can be done successfully online after the trail has been converted? I know there is a grace period, but you have to request cancellation immediately.

whether a subcriber can cancel on their own depends on several factors:

 

1. do they have an individual account.  (eg, many student subscribers do not)

2. are they within the 14d trial period. (despite what people say, they may or may not be within the trial period).

3. if adobe's processing a payment or had a problem with a payment, subscribers can't cancel.
