subscription details, license from software-codes

Hi,

I bought license on software-codes.com with the price 95 euro for creative cloud for 12 months (funny). I was using the software until now (from 26.8.2020 until these days) but today there was the warning that the subscription has ended, probably already a few days ago... I was not at my office... I was trying to find the information about the subscription which I had but could not find it in my account. As I read some other question I found out that it wasnt legitimal reseller (software-codes.com) so my fault, didnt realize.

But I would like to ask you, where I can in my account find the information about what kind of subscription did I have for real. I have the license key which probably doesnt work any more and the invoice from reseller.

Thanks

TM

This is a fake. You were using something which the seller stole from Adobe. Adobe, rather than making a legal fuss, just seem to close down the account as if it never existed, which is probably better for everyone. Some people get a couple of months, some less than a day. Contact law enforcement and/or your credit card people.

Log-in to your account and click this link https://account.adobe.com/products

But, I think you were scammed and Adobe figured out and cancelled your plan

This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
