Subscription disappeared after login
Hello!
I was logged out of my Adobe account today and when I logged back in with my email, my subscription was gone and I was asked to start a trial.
However, I was last charged on March 14, 2026, so the subscription should still be active.
Originally my subscription was connected to my work email. When I changed jobs, I deleted a separate account using my private email and then changed the email on my main account to that address. Everything worked fine until now.
It now looks like my account has somehow reverted to the deleted account and my subscription is no longer visible.
Has anyone experienced something similar? I can’t even contact support since they have no support for free users 😳😡
