I have a subscription to Photoshop, my computer supports these programs, and what difference does it make if I bought a subscription, it worked after updating Photoshop, I paid money for it

I bought a subscription to Photoshop but after updating the program my subscription disappeared

  • Which plan did you subscribe to?
  • Which apps no longer work?
  • Does your computer meet or exceed the system requirements for those apps?
    Since you didn't tell us which apps, go to this page and click the link for the app that does not work to see the requirements.
    https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html

 

If your computer does not support a current app, then you can install and use the previous version until you can upgrade your system.
