subscription ended, but they're still charging me without any ongoing subscription

So one year and a month ago I began a student year subscription for 19 euros a month. It ended last month and even though I didn't even say anything, they put me on another regular year subscription for 40 euros a month. I contacted them, said that this wasn't from me… they ended up ending the subscription for me and refunding me my 40 euros. Literally a day later they took the 40 euros again, but there isn't even any ongoing subscription anymore, so therefore I can't chat to an agent. I really don't know what to do, this shouldn't happen on a regular basis (which it does it seems from the other questions). help.

    I am sorry for the difficulties you have encountered managing your subscriptions and commitments to Adobe. I don’t see any additional transactions after you completed your cancellation requests on March 30, 2026.

     

    Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/billing-and-payments/payment-and-billing-issues/unknown-charge-on-bill.html to locate any other accounts with active subscriptions.

     

    You will need to be logged in under the account with the active service, if you want to access or manage the services you are continuing to pay for, ​@Paymay19.

    I just checked it, and the transaction date was the 31. march, but it got taken from my card on the first April. I'll explain this from the start. adobe took 40 euros on march 30th (transaction date 28th). Then on the 31th I got the refund (transaction date 30th) and THEN another transaction was made on the 31th, where they took 40 euros again, which got taken from my bank on the first April. is there any way to contact an agent per call?

    so the problem is: Last year I began a student year subscription for 20 euros a month, my subscription ended a month ago and they put me on another one without asking (a regular 40 euros a month one), I called them and they ended up ending the subscription and refunding me my 40 euros, and literally a day after that took my 40 euros again. I can't chat to an agent nor call them so what should I do.
