Subscription expired

Hi,

 

I sign in to my Mobile LR (Android) with my Adobe account. 

Adobe account is still active, but it says that my subscription has expired. 

I have tried the various methods here on Adobe community to re-activate, but have been unsuccessful. 

Hoping for some assistance. Thanks!

disable wifi when you gave a mobile connection 

 

then turn your mobile off and then back on again 

 

sign out and then back in, if still a problem after restart.

check your account, https://account.adobe.com

what's it show?

 

if it shows an active subscription without payment problem, sign out of your mobile app and then sign back in using the id that showed a problem-free subscription.

Hi,

It's showing Annual , prepaid. 

I signed in and out earlier without success, but I can try it again ...

It is still showing expired subscription on the mobile app

I needed to update my payment Card a few weeks ago to update the validity date. Is there any issue there?
