Subscription Extension - Adobe's Billing systems down for maintenance ?
Today I added a license code to extend my subscription (Photograhy plan)
The code was accepted, however the date of my susbscription period did not extend.
I refreshed, logged out/in. No update. I tried to enter the code again, it now says allready redeemed.
I contacted support by chat, and they state that every adobe customer is having the same issue as adobe's billing system is down for 48 hrs due to maintainance.
However Adobe's status page states "All Adobe services are available."
Is the adobe agent being honest or are are adobe's billing systems actually down for 48 hrs ? - I can see no other threads - which I would expect if all billing was down.
