Question

Subscription / Free Trial query

My subscription on Adobe provided by my university's funds has just ended, and yet I managed to activate a 7-day free trial on that account. After this 7 days, if I do not end the trial and continue, will the billing be applied to myself, and not university? Will I be able to cancel it during the next 14 days and get a refund if I am the one being charged or will the university be automatically charged?

I have already contacted Univeristy on the issue and they say that this definitely something I need to contact Adobe about, and if they answer otherwise, then it is incorrect information.

the bill will be applied to whatever credit card is on file at your account, https://account.adobe.com

Hello,

The credit is the university's not mine- but since they only have access to managing my plans and pricing, now I cannot cancel the free trial myself, and I dont know if they're going to be charging me any money without me having any authority on that. How can I cancel the subscription when I do not have access to the admine console, but not to the plans and payments section ? Do I just leave it and let the free trial be automatically be de-activated?
Just to note that the IT University team doesn't claim to have any knowledge on the matter and refuse to guide me.

Thank you very much for your help.

When you provide YOUR credit card number to start a trial YOU will be charged when the trial converts to a subscription on the 14th day... if you don't want to be charged cancel before the subscription starts

To Cancel https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
-be sure to keep the verification email you will receive when you cancel
