subscription hike, multiple attempts to withdraw funds from my bank account
I have tried to cancel this subscription, Adobe have been hitting my account for unknown additional subscription costs for additional AI support, obviously a small print scam they are using to ride ordinary and unsuspecting people, I notice a large withdrawal made by Adobe and immediately reported the incident to my bank. After the last large payment was withdrawn from my account on the 25th of May 2026 I had no access to use any of Adobe reader with I had looked for originally, I had to revert back to my pdf viewer Luckily for me they did as there was another attempt shortly afterwards.
Seeing I had been more than likely scammed an I could not find the subscription on my Google account, or any correspondence from the fake website, this has left me feeling quite embarrassed, I contacted my bank again and they immediately blocked any attempts of fraudulent withdrawals from my account bank card and made me aware of the dangers of entering into fraudulent subscriptions with my bank card.
Thankfully you emailed me today threatening me with a Warning: Fourth billing failure and I have screenshot and took video evidence that there is no possible way of cancelling a subscription only fraudulent direction to set up another card, which now let's me share this on social media to give awareness to various scams in circulation on line.
A total of 66 attempts have been recorded to withdraw funds from my account in three months for different sized amounts which does not match an legitimate subscription service.
I will now give you a chance to have your say, note all correspondence will be used as evidence for any future argument made.
Yours
Stephen McGuinness
