Subscription inactive despite cleared payment (Creative Cloud Pro)
I am writing to report an issue with my Adobe Creative Cloud Pro subscription. My bank account was successfully charged via automatic withdrawal for the subscription fee, and the payment has fully cleared on my end.
According to this, I should have had full access to the Creative Cloud products starting on June 18, 2026. However, my account still shows as inactive, and I am currently unable to open or use any of the applications on my Mac.
