Subscription Increase without any Notification

I check my Adobe account every few days.   I noticed this morning that my subscription is increasing from $9.99 a month (the old photography plan) to $14.99 a month.  I thought about it and paid for the entire year all at once to sace 33% on the const of annual subscription.   Knocks it down to about $12.00 a month, but I still get al lthe other stuff (in particular Adobe express Premium features) too.   

For me it's a good deal, just disappointed I didn't even get an email about the increase.
