Subscription is due for renewal

Hello, hadn’t realised I had an annual subscription due for renewal. I’ve cancelled it (after payment had been made), and believe I’m in the 14 day window just about, but finding it really hard to speak to anyone at all. Really unhelpful that there isn’t a clear cut way to talk to support or similar.

    Refunds are provided for the cancellation within first 14 days of the initial purchase which is not valid for the the subscription which have been renewed. We are sorry to tell you that your account is ineligible for refund.
