Subscription is not in any overview, but I want to cancel.

I had a trial subscription until yesterday, which I forgot to cancel. Today, after the bill arrived, I wanted to cancel the subscription, but I can't find it in any overview.  I paid for it, though. What can I do?

Adobe offers full refund if the subscription is cancelledwithin first 14 days(including trial).
