Subscription is not in any overview, but I want to cancel.

I had a trial subscription until yesterday, which I forgot to cancel. Today, after the bill arrived, I wanted to cancel the subscription, but I can't find it in any overview.  I paid for it, though. What can I do?

We appreciate you reaching out. As per your account details, your subscription is active since 5 days. Adobe offers full refund if the subscription is cancelled

within first 14 days(including trial). You can refer to this article to cancel your plan within next 2 days to get full refund: https://adobe.ly/4qmrG2A

It usually takes 12-14 days for the refund to credited to the bank account post cancellation.
