I subscribed, not not able to use any feature, it says it is not enabled, worst thing! Money wasted!!!!

Sorry to hear about this experience. To help us look into this, could you please share a few more details?

  • What features are you referring to?
  • The Adobe ID you used to purchase the subscription (you can mask part of it for privacy). Send it via DM.
  • The exact message you see in the app when features appear disabled
  • The app version and Android OS version on your device?

 

Once we have this information, we’ll be in a better position to guide you.

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

 

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

 

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location
