Question

Subscription issue

I'm posting today because I am a college student who took advantage of the Adobe free trial, I was unaware that as soon as the free trial was up I would be charged for an annual plan that I am now unable to cancel unless I pay an extra $90 for early

cancellation. This also doesn't make sense to me, because I already canceled my membership several weeks ago from my laptop but just saw that I was charged 19.99 for this month. So now my free trial is up, I've been charged $20 that I don't have to

spare at the moment, and I'm unable to cancel because it's an annual plan. I can't get a hold of anybody or reach anybody to get this issue resolved, but this needs to be fixed because as I stated I already canceled my subscription earlier and now it's showing that I am still subscribed and to an annual plan none the less.
