I paid for premium but I was not able to use premium features after like 10 days or 2 weeks idk excatly, every time I opened the app I used to click restore purchase history and it worked, but then it stopped..

Did you buy from Adobe or from a cell phone store?
If cell phone, you need to contact Apple or Google, depending on iphone or android
If Adobe, What do you see for your account at https://account.adobe.com/
