Subscription Offers on Adobe that They say don't exist

On the Adobe website are various subscription offers claiming a 60% discount on monthly fees, dropped from $19.99 to $7.99 a month.   If you click on BUY for the Photography Plan, it keeps giving an error window. Contacting Adobe via the little bottom right at bottom, I got the most unbelievable so-called assitance from what I can only assume is Ai, as I was there for hours trying to deal with what seemd like someone with an IQ of about minus 200!  

I tried three different 'consultants' and all denied the offer existed though it is right there on their website and one had the audacity to say the offer was only for special people, but couldn"t tell me how to become 'special'???

They did ask for a screen snip of the relevant page, but then had no suggestions or way to attach it my question or send it to them?????   I was basically finally accused of making up the whole thing and the consultant would then just end the conversation so I would have to start again!!!

Has anyone else seen these blatantly fake adverts for 60% off subscription plans for Photoshop on Adobe's website?
