Subscription paid but not working

I have purchased the subscription through PhonePe upi (India). I have received confirmation through email. The account is same which I am logged in both Playstore and Lightroom account. Yet it says no subscription when I open Lightroom app. Please help !

As far as I know, Adobe can't help when you buy from the Google Play store

Adobe can't help. I tried reaching out several times. My Google play store id and the id which I am logged into is same. I have confirmation on Google play store under "subscription" tab and also confirmation on my mail regarding the payment for the subscription.
