if the above first link (https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html) fails (after confirming your subscription is active and you've signed in with the same adobe id), proceed to these steps -

https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

below are solutions some users reported:

if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-trial-mode.html

if that fails, change the install location

@Dima_6887

I've moved your post from Using the Community to Account, Payment, & Plan.

If your apps have reverted to trial, try these four steps to see if they solve your issue:

https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

If not, then contact Adobe Customer Care, as they are the only ones who can assist with billing. Try the link to auto-open the Chat:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Type "agent"

If your browser blocks the Chat window, try the steps here:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services/how-to-contact-adobe-support/td-p/11875703

You can also send a post through X (formerly Twitter) to @AdobeCare.

Do not reply to PMs, which are likely to be scammers.

Please update this thread to let us know how it goes.
