So I have been paying my due amount every month up until October (final payment being in September) according to my plan. However, I had to change my card and forgot to update my card on the app for october, when I opened the app today it says that I have not payed my due amount since June 2024 eventhough I have the bank transactions. Who do I contact concerning this?
