Subscription Payment Failure / Checkout Endpoint and CORS Errors

Today I tried to purchase an additional subscription for After Effects, but Adobe isn't letting me complete the payment with any of my cards (neither with a new card, nor with the existing card currently being billed for my other active subscriptions).

The transaction request doesn't even reach the acquiring bank. There are zero issues or blocks on my bank’s side—the payment authorization request simply never gets sent there in the first place.

The error is always the same: a red popup stating "We were unable to process your payment. Please review your payment details. If the problem persists, try a different payment method or contact your bank."

However, in my account billing settings, whenever I update the payment details with the same card or add a new one, the verification goes through smoothly and I successfully receive a 3D Secure authentication prompt.

I checked the browser DevTools during checkout and noticed multiple CORS errors as well as unavailable Adobe endpoints failing to load.

Please fix this issue—you are likely losing substantial revenue, and incidents like this significantly hurt user trust and drive people away from your products.

@Peru Bob already gave you the best advice: talk to Adobe.

Are you saying this after talking to your bank? Also, are all the cards you tried associated with the same bank?

Sometimes, banks can block transactions made via particular payment providers (regardless of how trustworthy we believe they are).
