Subscription problem

Hi, 

I changed my phone (beginning of May), and after paying for another year of subscription i don't have access to LR Premium i payed for...

I delayed posting (thought was just simple mistake, tried log out & in, and so on), but nothing works!

Please help 😭

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    I used this one. I also have transfer confirmation (from 31.05.25) and transaction nr if it helps.

    Did you buy from Adobe, or from one of the cell phone store?

    If you bought from Google or Apple you must contact that vendor
