Hi
Today I canceled my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. It is paid through August 28, but access to the apps was revoked immediately, and I haven’t received a refund.

Could you please clarify why this happened?

what's it show?

 

and if there's going to be a refund (eg, you cancelled within 14 days of starting your trial), it takes 1-2 weeks.
