Subscription Purchase

Hi there,

 

Trying to buy a subscription to adobe Firefly however, once I get to the billing information (for debit/credit card option) the field for the credit card numbers is greyed out and wont let me type. I thought maybe it glitched and wanted my personal info first and then hit subscribe but naturally told me I didn't fill in my credit card details. 

 

I think it might be something off with your integration with the payment gateway or something.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
