Subscription recharged after cancelling 3 months ago

Hello Adobe,

I have been charged just today $19.54 for a monthly Adobe subscription that I cancelled in December 2025. After I saw the payment posted on my credit card, I signed in to my Adobe account to check and saw that I had an Adobe account activated that started payment today. So, I cancelled it right away and then the system said that it was going to charge me $19.99 for an early cancellation fee. But I had initially cancelled my monthly subscription in December 2025. Please help. I even had to cancel my credit card permanently because I thought that my credit card number had been stolen for this unauthorized payment on my credit card.
