subscription refund

Hi, I cancelled my subscription last month but I was still charged on 22 May 2026. I have cancelled again. I would like a full refund for the incorrect charge. Please assist.

    I reviewed your account details and I confirm that there is no active subscription associated with this email address. Also, the last transaction made from this account was in March 2026.

    This is still April, not May. 🤔

    The 14-day window for refund requests started on the day you downloaded the products. After 14 days, no refunds are sent. 
     

     

    If you cancelled, you should have an email confirmation. Check your email spam folder.

    Likewise, there should be record of it in your online support history below.

    you have to cancel within the trial period for an automatic refund.
